Our client, a leading pharma company is looking to hire a senior finance professional who would be working alongside with the founder.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Finance Lead located in Mumbai. The Business Finance Lead will be responsible for day-to-day financial analysis, business planning, and effective communication with clients. This role will require a combination of financial expertise, strategic thinking, leadership skills and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• 6 – 7 years of proven experience as a Finance manager or similar senior Finance role

• Attention to detail, understanding of confidentiality

• Adept at analyzing information

• Organized and responsible

• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns

• Proficient user of finance software

• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations

• BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics

• Professional qualification such as CFA or similar will be considered a plus
