**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Back-End Developer with expertise in Node.js, Java, and MongoDB to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining server-side applications that power our web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and secure applications.


**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and Java.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Manage database design and implementation using MongoDB.

- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.

- Troubleshoot and debug applications to improve performance.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in back-end development.


**Qualifications**

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience as a Back-End Developer with strong knowledge of Node.js and Java.

- Experience with MongoDB, including schema design and performance optimization.

- Familiarity with RESTful API design principles.

- Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth).

- Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


**Preferred Skills**

- Experience with frameworks such as Express.js (for Node.js) or Spring Boot (for Java).

- Understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
