Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and ensure all parties are informed and prepared.
  • Communication: Maintain regular contact with candidates and hiring managers to provide updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Database Management: Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Job Postings: Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on relevant platforms.
  • Recruitment Reporting: Prepare and assist in generating reports on recruitment activities, including candidate pipeline and time-to-fill metrics.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing correspondence and preparing interview materials.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a recruitment
  • Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Organizational and time management abilities.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS systems is beneficial.
