Windows Administration

- Good knowledge of Windows/Linux Administration and troubleshooting.- Exposure to VPN, Network connectivity issues, User access.- Good understanding of how to troubleshoot Application related issues.- Good understanding/knowledge to create Documentations.- Fast learner.- Knowledge in Azure is an advance.- Scripting knowledge i.e. Powershell, Windows script.- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS) and the Microsoft server environment.- Knowledge in Virtualisation.- Monitor and maintain Windows Server operating system.- Familiarity with networking topology concepts.- Good to have at least 1 Azure certification (Administrator, Developer or Architect)- 1+ years of relevant work experience with Cloud administration / automation (Knowledge).

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Troubleshooting technical problems on a 1st line support.- Identifying the issue and addressing /escalating the issue to the right SPOC and work with relevant SPOC to publish RCA.- Monitoring and Alerting will be BAU activities.- Participate in escalations and outage bridges. Ensure accurate outage status alerts are actioned on a timely basis.- Document SoP of the Environment.- Monitor overall system and infrastructure availability.- Ensures that systems, processes and methodologies are maintained/followed to ensure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery.- Participate in upgrades needed to maintain service levels.- Participates in DR/BCP activities of the cloud setup.- Reports the activities/challenges faced on a day-to-day basis. And escalate the impact/impact and communicate accordingly.
