To support DFH, businesses and corporate in consolidation / verification of budgetory targets through variance analysis, business planning activities, support audit process to meet the goals of finance function.


Financial operation management

1. Verification of Budgets as per Corporate Norms & Consolidation at Domain level. To discuss with DFH for financial position of the Domain.

2. Collection of QMIS & Board Slides from various businesses.To Study the various variances from Budget vs Actual.

3. To regularly study the various reports on dashboard.

4. Monthly / Qtrly consolidation of reports at domain level for Management to see performance of domain.


Financial Reporting

1. To monitor the PFS and Product Costing and to keep a control of Capex requests from the businesses.

2. To regularly coordinate with Corporate office and passing them information as & when required.


Fund Management

1. To study the reports & Ageing of various debtors, inventory, creditors & other working capital parameters on monthly basis. To discuss with various businesses from time to time.


Business Planning

1. Verification of LTP with Group norms & Docket & organise review for internal discussions with businesses & corporate.


Business Planning & Reporting

1. To Prepare the PPR/DPR for new projects in consultation with Domain Finance Head.


Risk management,Audit,Insurance & Compliance


1. To keep a track record of risk associated with banks for each business. To monitor timely renewal of insurance policies & to ensure the coverages as per group norms. To discuss with DFH for any particular requirement of coverage as per nature of the business.

2. To Coordinate with Auditors for timely closure of audit points updation of Internal audit by businesses in Internal Audit Tool.

3. To visit the business units wherever for specific support. To check the steps taken to adhere accounting standards & MFM.

4. Monitoring of Compliance Tool and provide necessary support to users on timely basis.

5. Support to businesses in monitoring of Direct, Indirect Taxes & other compliances.

6. Competitors Benchmarking on Quaterly basis (and prepare benchmarking report)


Legal & secretarial

1. Support in conducting Pre-board meetings and checking of data for pre-board meting.
