Job Summary:Highly skilled QA Engineer with expertise in QA frameworks such as

Jest and Mocha . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in unit, functional, and integration testing, and a passion for ensuring software quality. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive test plans, executing test cases, and collaborating closely with our development team to deliver robust and reliable software solutions.Key Responsibilities:

Test Planning and Design:Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various testing levels including unit, functional, and integration testing.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.Test Execution:Execute manual and automated tests to ensure the quality of our procurement platform.Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues.Perform regression testing to validate resolved defects and ensure existing functionality is not affected.Automation and Frameworks:Implement and maintain automated test frameworks using tools such as Jest and Mocha.Develop and execute automated tests to increase test coverage and efficiency.Continuously improve and optimize automated testing processes and tools.Quality Assurance:Ensure software quality and reliability by conducting thorough testing and validation.Participate in code reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective.Advocate for best practices in QA and contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodologies.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and improvements.Communicate testing progress, results, and issues effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role, with a strong focus on

test automation.Expertise in QA frameworks such as

Jest and Mocha.Hands-on experience with unit, functional, and integration testing.Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks.Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Experience with other testing frameworks and tools such as PlayWright, Cypress, or similar.Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Knowledge of version control systems like Git.Experience in the supply chain software industry is a plus.RequirementsQA, Automation, Jest, Mocha
