Job Description :


- SAP B1 Administration, Configuration and Support experience.

- Experience on Linux OS and HANA Database administration.

- Experience in Business Process automation experience.

- Proven working experience in installing, configuring, upgrading and troubleshooting SAP B1, Linux /windows Operating Systems and HANA Database platforms.

- Knowledge on Monitoring and Maintaining performance according to requirements and upgrading the systems with new release models as per changing requirements.

- Knowledge of interfacing SAP B1 with 3rd Party Solutions.

- Knowledge on security, backup, redundancy and Disaster Recovery strategies

- Understanding of License Compliance, Governance and Statutory Audit requirements.

Additional Skills :

- Knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, Group Policies creation, DHCP servers designing and planning.

- Knowledge of system security, AV, and firewall devices.

- Being Self-motivated - driven to achieve results & flexible to work anytime and weekends, as may be needed

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong organizational skills and adaptive capacity for rapidly changing priorities and workloads

- Exposure to AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Responsibilities :

- Support to all SAP B1 users as first level problems solving and inquiries. Coordinates communication and the resolution of complex issues.

- Manage day-to-day SAP B1 operations and server infrastructure supporting a multi-site End-Users environment.

- Manages projects including planning and execution of enhancements.

- Manage communication with concerned external vendors/OEM to ensure smooth systems operation

- Provides consultation to users for ongoing business requests. Work with the departments to understand current processes, issues and propose improvements/enhancements on SAP B1 to improve business processes and controls. Provides consultation to functional users and management with respect to automating systems, business process optimization as well as system development and integration.

- Conduct user training sessions of all SAP B1 Modules (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Fixed Assets, Production, Warehouse ...etc.).

- Perform setup/configuration, object transports, troubleshooting, error handling, performance tuning, and problem resolution.

- Schedule, perform, and oversee backups and restorations of SAP file systems. Create, test, and plan disaster recovery for SAP servers.

- Schedule, monitor, and manage background jobs.

- User Administration. Assist with smooth onboarding/deboarding and maintaining of user access.

- Manages SOD system and controls to ensure business process compliance

- Manages Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, User Training etc.

- Be the subject matter expert and address any issues.

- Proactively review existing systems and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

- Involved in leading or supporting various activities in the company's digital transformation roadmap in the areas of productivity and systems

- Design and create Dashboard and queries in SAP B1 HANA.

- Analyze, log, track, and resolve complex software/hardware matters of significance pertaining to connectivity issues, servers, and applications.
