Sampada is an apparel brand dealing mostly in womens ethnic wear in traditional block prints. We have stores in Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai. Sampada has online presence as well.

Currently we are looking for a Production Merchandiser.

Work location: Patparganj Industrial Area, New Delhi

Salary: K monthly

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and Processing production orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinating with Masters and Karigars to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
  • Monitor and manage the entire production process to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor production quality and addressing any issues or defects.
  • Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines.
  • Ensuring that the final product meets the required quality standards.
  • Conducting quality checks at various stages of production.
  • Working with the quality control team to address any quality issues.
  • Ensuring that samples are accurate and meet the required specifications.
  • Prepare monthly MIS production reports and submit it to the respective department heads.
  • Knowledge of retail software needed for maintaining stocks and inventory.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent spoken & written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of computer knowledge with proficiency in Google Sheets.
  • Problem solving, proven ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with excellent time management.

Job Type: Full-time

Education:Bachelor's (Preferred)
