  • Supervise storekeepers and helpers to ensure smooth inward/outward flow of goods
  • Monitor stock levels of raw materials (jaggery, ghee, wheat flour, honey, packaging, etc.) and finished products (biscuits, powders, drinks, etc.)
  • Implement FIFO / FEFO (First In First Out / First Expiry First Out) strictly
  • Check & approve daily stock entries in ERP/Excel/Tally
  • Conduct weekly/monthly physical stock audits → reconcile with system records
  • Report stock shortages, damages, and wastage to management
  • Coordinate with production, purchase, and sales teams for demand forecasting
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and pest-control standards in warehouse
  • Train & guide storekeepers on inventory best practices

  • Develop inventory control policies to prevent pilferage or mismatch

  • Education: Graduate in Commerce / Supply Chain / Business preferred; diploma acceptable if experienced

  • Experience: 2–5 years in warehouse/store management, ideally in FMCG/food manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Tally, or Inventory ERP
  • Understanding of stock reconciliation and reporting

  • High integrity and discipline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13, ₹16,000.00 per month
