We are expanding our outreach team and looking for passionate telecallers who can engage with students, guide them on course options, and support their educational journey. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to introduce our education services. Answer inbound queries and provide accurate information about courses, admissions, and services. Follow up with leads, maintain call logs, and update CRM records. Guide students through the admission process and connect them with counsellors. Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead conversions. Requirements Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi, Punjabi, or other Indian languages is a plus). Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred. Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
