Earthood is leading Climate Change services company accredited by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), VERRA (USA), Gold Standard Foundation (Switzerland), Climate Action Reserve (USA), Global Carbon Council (Qatar), Social Carbon Standard (Brazil) and Bureau of Energy Efficiency India with offices in Asia, South America and Europe. Founded in 2012, Earthood has grown as an internationally recognised organization working in Climate Change mitigation and well as broad Environmental Sustainability & Agriculture sectors. Core services comprise of consulting, auditing and certification, including, but not limited to audits for carbon offsetting projects, advisory for Net-Zero roadmap, ESG strategy, and Energy Efficiency.
About the Role:·Responsible for consulting in ESG and sustainability reporting and assurance related projects for global clients.·Knowledge of existing and emerging ESG frameworks like GRESB, GRI, CDP, TCFD, ISSB – IFRS, CSRD etc. Well familiar with ESG Indexes, benchmarking, guidelines etc.·Knowledge/Experience in Sustainability verification and assurance and leading such engagements across various sectors.·Knowledge with sustainability reporting frameworks in the real estate sector like GRESB, EPRA, INREV, GHG Protocol will be an added advantage.·Knowledge/Experience of Assurance Standard AA1000AS, and/or ISAE3000 (knowledge of ISAE3410 or ISO14064-3 for GHG verification an advantage)·Knowledge of SEBI framework of BRSR and EU frameworks of SFDR and aligning these frameworks with client existing frameworks.

Desired Qualifications:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental science, Engineering or related field with 0 to 5years of experience in ESG Assurance, Verification, Sustainability reporting, Carbon offset audits and Decarbonization space.
