Role AndResponsibilities:

Planning DevelopmentActivities

ValidatingRequirements

Standardizing the software developmentprocess

Businessanalysis Tools techniques and methodologies suchas;

  • Business requirementsdefinition and management. E.g creating user cases storiesacceptance criteria

  • Businessprocess design and modelling Analyse and document businessprocesses and workflows to understand asis state defining the tobestate and identifying improvementopportunities

  • Testing Trial& Validation techniques working with project stakeholders tovalidate their requirements i.e. through reviews walkthroughs andUser Acceptancetesting

  • Humancentred designpractices contributing to service blueprints wireframes journeymaps processmaps/flows

Communication Able to express thinking clearly toothers when writing speaking and presenting. Able to facilitatedesign workshops and walkthroughs.

Problemsolving Excellent analytical problemsolvingand organizational skills.

Performingindepth analysis of the companys operationsand market dynamics including comprehensive marketresearch.

Stakeholder Management Comfortable in front of widevariety of audiences to include seniormanagement.

Managingambiguity Able to deal with uncertainty and risk andadapt tochange.

MustHaveSkills:

  • Businessrequirements definition and management. e.g.creatinguse cases user stories acceptancecriteria.

  • Businessprocess design and modelling Analyse and document businessprocesses and workflows with the objective of understanding asisstate defining tobe state and identifying improvementopportunities.

  • KnowledgeofPower BI SQL Microsoft Suite SWOT GoogleDocs

  • TestingTrial & Validation techniques working with project stakeholdersto validate their requirements i.e. through reviews walkthroughsand User Acceptancetesting.
