We, Madhyamam Daily are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance operations and provide strategic financial guidance to drive business decisions. This role requires strong leadership, analytical expertise, and proven experience in managing finance functions in a fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and audits.

Oversee cash flow, accounts, payroll, and vendor payments.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Qualifications & Experience

MBA (Finance) / Master's Degree / CA / CMA Inter.

5+ years of finance experience (media industry experience preferred).

Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.

Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel

Working Experience in Microsoft 365.
