Role Overview: The Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) Finance Lead for the Medical Devices division is responsible for managing the complete billing, collections, and accounts receivable process across hospitals, distributors, and healthcare providers. The role ensures accurate invoicing, timely cash collection, and compliance with healthcare regulations, pricing contracts, and customer agreements. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to maintain financial accuracy and customer satisfaction in a highly regulated environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-End I2C Process Management Oversee the full I2C cycle, including order validation, billing, credit management, collections, and cash application. Ensure all invoices are issued accurately and in compliance with medical device contracts, pricing agreements, and tender terms. Maintain accurate AR records aligned with internal audit standards. Drive resolution of billing disputes related to pricing, delivery, or returns in coordination with commercial and logistics teams. 2. Credit Control & Collections Monitor customer credit exposure, conduct regular credit risk assessments, and maintain appropriate credit limits.
