Guest Service

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
  • Present menus, explain dishes and beverages, and make recommendations.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring correct presentation and sequence.
  • Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address additional needs.

Operations

  • Set up tables, service stations, and dining areas before service.
  • Clear tables and reset for the next guests efficiently.
  • Handle billing, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Follow restaurant SOPs for service sequence and hygiene.

Standards & Compliance

  • Adhere to grooming standards and maintain professional appearance.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Report any service issues, guest complaints, or equipment faults to supervisors.

Teamwork & Support

  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth operations.
  • Assist colleagues during busy service periods.
  • Participate in daily briefings, trainings, and upselling initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
