I. POSITION OVERVIEW:
Thisposition will be reporting to BackEnd Big Data Ops Team. Back EndBig Data Ops Team is a team operating under ITdepartment. This team is accountable for IT operations in Big Dataplatform across all backend sites. Besidesthat this team is collaborating with business and other Big Datateams for the delivery of BI reportsAnalytic tools Data Models etc.
Thisposition involves working with TIBCO Data Virtualization (TDV) andTIBCO Data Science (TDS) tools to optimize dataintegration analysis andreporting.
II. KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Data Integration andVirtualization:
o Design develop and maintaindata virtualization solutions using TIBCO Data Virtualization(TDV).
o Integrate disparate data sourcesensuring seamless access and realtime dataavailability.
o Collaborate with stakeholders tounderstand data requirements and create efficient datamodels.
2. Performance Tuning andOptimization:
o Monitor and finetune TDV and TDSconfigurations for optimal performance.
oIdentify bottlenecks optimize queries and enhance data processingefficiency.
o Ensure data security and compliancewith industry standards.
3.Reporting:
o Create data visualizationsdashboards and reports to support businessdecisionmaking.
o Optimize data pipelines forperformance and accuracy.
4. Collaboration andDocumentation:
o Work closely withcrossfunctional teams including data engineers analysts andbusiness users.
o Document data integrationprocesses data lineage and best practices.
oProvide technical guidance and support to junior teammembers.
5. Troubleshooting and IssueResolution:
o Investigate and resolve datarelatedissues ensuring minimal impact on businessoperations.
o Debug and troubleshoot TDV and TDScomponents.
o Implement preventive measures toavoid recurrence of issues.
6. Data Governanceand Quality Assurance:
o Implement datagovernance policies data lineage tracking and metadatamanagement.
o Ensure data accuracy consistencyand reliability.
o Collaborate with data stewardsto maintain high data quality standards.
7.Continuous Learning and Innovation:
o Stayupdated with TIBCO product releases new features and industrytrends.
o Explore innovative ways to enhance datavirtualization and data science capabilities.
oFacilitate the adoption of TDV and TDS within theorganization.
o Conduct training sessions forendusers and promote best practices.
III. SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

1. TIBCO Products:
oProficiency in TIBCO Data Virtualization (TDV) and TIBCO DataScience (TDS) tools.
o Experience with otherTIBCO middleware components preferably.
2. DataIntegration and Modeling:
o Understanding of dataintegration techniques ETL processes and datamodeling.
o Familiarity with SQL XML and datatransformation languages.
3.Visualization:
o Proficiency in datavisualization tools (e.g. Spotfire Tableau PowerBI).
4. TechnicalTroubleshooting:
o Skilled in diagnosing andresolving technical issues related to TDV andTDS.
o Knowledge of debugging tools and loganalysis.
Soft Skills:
Selfmotivated to find use cases biz value.
Logical approach to problemsolving andtroubleshooting

Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
Ability to workeffectively in crossfunctional teams.
