Job Description

REF32129PDell Boomi Developer - Senior EngineerAs a Software/Integration Engineer, you’ll be part of a team of smart, highly skilled technologists who are passionate about learning and prototyping cutting-edge technologies. The job is in context of the MS Dynamics CRM platform based off an Azure cloud tenant on a Common Data Model (CDM) and Dataverse. The CRM leverages Power Platform to enable extensions of functionality including automation of business processes and integrations with other enterprise and cloud platforms. In developing automation solutions, we adopt the best-in-class cloud-native, no- and low-code technologies. Our team is co-located and agile, with central technology hubs in Chicago, Madrid, Toronto and Chennai.ResponsibilitiesRecommend solutions based on advantages and disadvantages of available optionsDefine system, interface, and input/output specifications as well as runtime infrastructure Build integration solutions according to end-user and architecture requirementsPrepare and execute unit test plans and, when appropriate, demonstrate functionalitySupport quality assurance and user acceptance testing activitiesBe actively aware of upcoming releases, enhancements, and best practices pertaining to technologies relevant to the jobPerform other job-related duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, software engineering; and either of the two following experience types: 3+ years of experience developing integration solutions (in Boomi as a definite plus) or 3+ years of experience in developing JS web applications in CICD setting (with Docker and Git as a definite plus)Experience with SQL, basic DB admin, scripting frameworks, REST APIs with JSON/XML payloads, OAuth flows and API tools such as Postman (exposure to DevOps is a definite plus) • Experience with MS Power Automate/Flow/Logic Apps is a plusExperience working with Azure cloud portal and CLI is preferable compared to other cloud tech • Direct experience working in an Agile environment (JIRA is a plus)Proven ability to lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of incident managementExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong service orientation. Must enjoy working with people
