Job Title : Full Stack Backend Developer

Location : Gurgaon

Experience : 3-4 years

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using agile methodologies and best practices.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Java, Python/PHP, and Node.js, with a strong focus on Database-MongoDB and SQL.

- Utilize frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, jQuery, Ajax, and JavaScript to create dynamic and interactive user interfaces.

- Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices architectures to support scalable and modular applications.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply them to enhance product offerings.

- Participate in product planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.

- Identify and correct bottlenecks, work on bug fixing, and improving application performance.

- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

- Build and publish applications in app stores.

- Implement new technologies to maximize application performance.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Educational Background, Experience & Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python/PHP, and Node.js, with expertise in Database-MongoDB and SQL.

- Experience designing and building cloud-based applications using platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design principles.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
