Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with strong experience in creating high-impact presentations and transaction marketing materials , including Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), pitch decks, proposals, and executive presentations . The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, understands how to communicate complex information visually, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role is critical in supporting senior leadership, deal teams, and client-facing initiatives with polished, professional, and on-brand materials. Key Responsibilities Presentation & Deal Marketing Design Design, format, and enhance CIMs, pitch decks, proposals, and management presentations for client engagements. Translate complex financial, strategic, and operational content into clear, visually compelling layouts . Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color usage, and visual hierarchy across all materials. Apply strong layout discipline for long-form documents (30–80+ slides). Collaboration & Execution Work closely with deal teams, marketers, and senior executives to understand objectives and timelines. Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining design quality and document integrity. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines and frequent iterations . Brand & Quality Control Maintain and evolve presentation templates, slide libraries, and brand guidelines. Ensure all deliverables meet professional services / executive-level quality standards . Perform final quality checks for accuracy, alignment, and visual consistency. Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer , preferably in professional services, consulting, investment banking, M&A, SaaS, or B2B environments . Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (mandatory). Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma. Proven experience designing executive-level presentations and long-form documents . Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual storytelling, and information design . Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CIMs, investment banking pitch books, consulting decks, or investor presentations . Familiarity with financial charts, tables, and data visualization . Experience working with SaaS, technology, or IT services content. Basic understanding of branding and marketing principles. Experience working in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
