Job Description Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using automation tools such as Selenium, and Salesforce testing frameworks to ensure robust coverage and performance of Salesforce applications.

- Lead the automation of functional, regression, and performance tests for Salesforce environments, focusing on continuous improvement of testing practices.

- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to ensure that automated tests are aligned with business processes and accurately capture all scenarios.

- Identify, document, and troubleshoot issues found during testing, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.

- Manage the creation and maintenance of test data and test environments, ensuring they meet the needs of all testing phases.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation tools and processes, recommending improvements to increase efficiency and quality.

- Mentor and support junior testers, sharing knowledge on best practices and advanced testing techniques in Salesforce automation.

Key Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Proven experience in test automation, specifically within Salesforce environments, with a strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

- Expertise in using Salesforce testing tools and automation platforms such as Selenium or similar tools.

- Strong programming skills in languages used for test script development such as Java or Python.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a team and interfacing with multiple departments.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience using test management tools like JIRA
