Job/Position Summary * Requirements Engineering & Management * Safety directed Architecture & Design mindset * Experience in Safety Critical Product Development * Basic knowledge of ISO 26262 standard and Safety Lifecycle * Able to translate high level customer requirements into System Requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, a logical and physical architecture using design and change management tools (e.g. IBM Rational DOORS, Rhapsody) * Knowledge of System Architecture and Modelling Tools – like Enterprise Architect, MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow * Experience in System Engineering, Sys/SW/HW architecture design, System Test execution on HILS, or Vehicle * Advanced knowledge of DOORS or other requirement capture tools, including adding and modifying objects, linking, filtering, etc * Able to translate high level customer requirements into System Requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, a logical and physical architecture using design and change management tools (e.g. IBM Rational DOORS, Rhapsody) * Functional Safety knowledge and how to capture this in system requirements * Self- confidence and a passion for quality * Great team player and must be self-motivated and able to work with cross functional team * Excellent communication * Ability to lead technical and process issues within a Project Team environment * Strong oral and written communication. Highly disciplined, analytical and self-committed * Hands on experience with either ADAS or Aerospace system development project. * Good understanding of System and Safety Engineering and Hands on experience with FMEA, P-Diagram, Fault Tree Analysis. * Thorough understanding of system engineering principles and the software development lifecycle  Requirement ESSENTIAL SKILLS /COMPETENCIES system engineering MBSE SysML/UML Tools - Rhapsody Enterprise Architect Magic Draw tools PREFFERED SKILLS /COMPETENCIES SW Development (Incl.
