  • Promote the school in local communities to increase visibility and awareness.
  • Conduct door-to-door or community outreach campaigns to share school information.
  • Organize and represent the school at local events, education fairs, and exhibitions.
  • Distribute school brochures, flyers, and admission forms in targeted areas.
  • Conduct field visits to residential societies, tuition centers, and preschools for lead generation.
  • Build relationships with local influencers (e.g., society heads, tuition teachers, shop owners) for referrals.
  • Conduct presentations and info sessions for parents in communities or societies.
  • Support the admissions team by generating inquiries and leads from field activities.
  • Maintain a database of interested parents and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Assist in organizing school open houses or campus visits for prospective parents.
  • Collect feedback from parents and communities to improve outreach strategies.
  • Report daily/weekly field activities and lead status to the admissions or marketing head.
  • Ensure that school branding (banners, standees, posters) is properly displayed in strategic locations.
  • Monitor and report competitor schools' marketing activities in the area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹28,270.10 per month
