  • SAP knowledge is essential.

Job description of Account & Finance Manager

  • Coordinate and own preparation of regulatory reporting with local, state, and central government tax filings (GST, TDS, GSTR 1 SALES etc )
  • Responsible for statutory and tax audits
  • Maintenances of records and prepare audit related schedules and reconciliations and MIS reports, resolve queries of the auditors etc.
  • Processing and checking all the payments related to Head office & Factories
  • Ensure statutory payments of Government dues and taxes on a timely basis.
  • Maintenance of books and files as per the desired standards
  • Assure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Complying with statutory matters such as GST / TDS Assessments & Returns.
  • Month end closing activities and book closing in SAP and MIS circulation
  • Maintaining Fixed assets register
  • Monitoring insurance policy and timely renewal
  • Physical stock verification and preparing statement for submission to bank
  • Treasury and fund management.
  • Response on income tax / GST notice and preparing of tax Assessments details
  • Considering situation as and when specific work given by management need to perform in the capacity of Account and Finance manager.
