Assistant general manager sales marketing

Devashish Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead business development efforts and drive revenue growth across our Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) and infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, strategic thinking capabilities, and a proven track record in B2 B sales within construction, steel structures, or allied sectors.This is a leadership role that requires both strategy and execution, including identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting brand growth through targeted marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (architects, consultants, builders, corporates)- Work closely with the design and project teams to provide technical inputs during client discussions- Oversee the preparation of quotations, tenders, and client-specific documentation- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms- Maintain CRM data, sales reports, and regular forecasts for leadership reviewRequirements- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business; MBA preferred- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2 B sales or marketing in the infrastructure or PEB industry- Strong network in industrial or commercial construction sectors- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and a basic understanding of technical drawings is a plus
