Please find the below job description and kindly share me your updated CV to Title: PostgreSQL Database Administrator L2 roleExperience Level: 7-15 YearsFull TimeLocation : Mumbai, MHNotice: Immediate to 1 MonthNote: Kindly apply if your official notice period is 1 MonthMUST HAVECreate the objects in the database, such as tables , views , functions , triggers, indexes, extensions etc.Monitor the performance of the database and ensure optimum performance.Identify potential issues in the database to solve them early.Maintain backups and perform disaster recovery in case a disaster destroys the database.Monitor security and prevent any unauthorized access to the databaseSchedule consistent maintenance on the serverMaintain database schemaManage database high-availabilityGive best practice guidance to the development team on recurring issuesResolve any production data issuesTablespace managementRole managementManage user access and permissions by adding and removing users as requiredMaintain the database using different utilities like vacuum, vacuumlo, pg_dump, pg_basebackup, pg_badgerReplication setup and maintenance , exposure to physical and logical replication , repmgr,patroniShould have handled database installations, patch upgrade , upgrade from lower to higher version, migration from Sybase, Oracle, MSSQL to PostgreSQL using the migration tools like syb2pg , ora2pgGood knowledge on Linux operating system and administrative commandsRegards,
