Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement
    multi-agent AI systems
    using CrewAI & LangChain
  • Develop autonomous agents for decision-making, task delegation & inter-agent communication
  • Design & run
    A/B testing
  • Create dashboards to track KPIs, agent interactions & progress
  • Optimize systems for
    scalability, reliability, and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams & mentor engineers on advanced AI tools
  • Stay updated on the latest in
    LLMs, LangChain, CrewAI, and multi-agent frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's (4 Years) / Master's Degree.
  • 3+ years
    in
    AI/ML development
    (multi-agent systems/logistics preferred)
  • Hands-on with
    CrewAI, LangChain, LLM-based chatbots, RAG systems
  • Proficiency in
    Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch
  • Experience with
    A/B testing, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, Kubernetes.
