This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with 35 years of relevant experience in carpentry, particularly those who have worked in Gulf countries (GCC) . Ideal candidates should be technically sound, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute in a structured and growth-oriented work environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform precise carpentry tasks, including cutting, shaping, assembling, and installing wood and other materials. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans. Operate power tools, hand tools, and other carpentry equipment efficiently and safely. Conduct measurements and layout installations as per project requirements. Ensure quality control in all carpentry tasks while maintaining project timelines. Collaborate with construction teams, site engineers, and supervisors for seamless execution. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization at the worksite. Report any site issues, safety concerns, or tool malfunctions promptly to the supervisor. Job Terms and Benefits: Working Hours: 10 hours per day 6 days per week Over time as per the UAE Labour Law Contract Duration: 2 Years (Renewable based on performance) Probation Period: 6 Months Age Requirement: 21 to 40 Years Passport Validity: Minimum 8 months at time of application Company-Provided Facilities: Free Accommodation : Comfortable lodging close to worksite or with easy commute Free Transportation : Daily commute to and from worksite Kitchen Facility : Shared kitchen available for cooking meals Medical Insurance : Coverage as per UAE laws Overtime Compensation : As per legal entitlement Candidate Requirements: Minimum 3 years of practical carpentry experience (construction or interior projects). GCC Experience Preferred and will be prioritized. Strong understanding of carpentry tools, safety standards, and materials. Ability to read blueprints and take accurate measurements. Physically fit and medically certified for overseas employment. Strong work ethic, discipline, and ability to work in a multicultural team.
