Technology Product Manager

Overview :
Technology Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of technology products within our organization. Should work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive the product vision, strategy, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy: Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business objectives. Continuously assess market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
Development: Collaborate with engineering teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product development lifecycle. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and align with business goals.
Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to align priorities, resolve dependencies, and drive product success. Serve as a central point of contact for all product-related initiatives and decisions.
User Experience (UX) Design: Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences. Gather user feedback through usability testing, interviews, and analytics to iterate on product design and enhance user satisfaction.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and sales enablement materials. Drive product adoption, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through effective marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success. Monitor product performance, analyze data, and generate insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including customers, partners, and executives. Effectively communicate product plans, updates, and trade-offs to gain buy-in and support for product initiatives.
Qualifications:
degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
experience in product management roles, preferably in technology companies or startups.
technical background with a deep understanding of software development methodologies, web technologies, and cloud computing.
communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
thinker with a data-driven and customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
with agile development practices, product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
with product management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Lean Startup) and UX/UI design principles.
track record of successfully launching and managing technology products from concept to launch.
analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
thinker with a passion for innovation and a drive to solve customer problems.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time position based at Hyderabad with work from office mode.
Travel may be required occasionally for customer meetings, industry events, and team offsites.
