Key roles and responsibilities:Conduct all CRM system configuration and developmentZoho CRM experienceknowledge of coding (python/Javascript)maintain all Marketing and Sales CRM Systems and workflows to Tag business requirements (Zoho Marketing Automation, Zoho CRM, Zoho Surveys and related applications)and develop custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, validation rules and approval workflowsintegrations with other CRM, Sales Enablement and BI platforms (e.g., Domo, Sales Loft, etc.)custom homepages, views, dashboards and reportsdata loads and data exportsin all phases of new system, application and functionality implementations including planning, design of the application, configuration, development and coding of custom objects, fields and integrationsand maintain user profiles, user roles, security settings, sharing rules

CRM System AdministrationCRM new users, ensuring that role hierarchy and permissions are maintainedto and resolve CRM user access issuesusers who have left the business or no longer have the need for CRM accessprocess to cleanse and maintain CRM datadocumentation, maintain standardization and look for ways to continuously improve processes & procedures.prompt support to end users to resolve issues with the CRMregular user feedback on the systems to identify training and/or development requirementsand deliver User Trainingthe CRM Support mailbox dailyad-hoc reports upon requestAccounts created by users to ensure they are not duplicateson global reporting (combination of excel and Zoho Analytics)

Skills & Requirements:The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on proven CRM Admin experience.knowledge of CRM system configuration and customisationAdministrator CertificationSystem Developmentwith Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot etc.) is a plusworking with global teams in the service industryexcel skills

LOCATIONWe currently work in a remote hybrid model with offices in Chennai and Bangalore.

TIMINGSWe work on rotational shifts that change depending on the region you are working with and at the discretion of your line manager.
