Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Expert Telecaller located in
Salem
. The Expert Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing detailed information about our travel packages, answering customer inquiries, and handling bookings. Day-to-day tasks include following up on leads, maintaining customer databases, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in
  Tamil, English and Hindi
• Experience with customer service and outbound calling
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining customer databases
• Ability to understand the nature of work
• Ability to work
  independently
  and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
  - Experience in the travel and tourism industry is beneficial- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused and
