Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Architect with 8-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning business strategy with operational and IT capabilities to drive organizational success. With a focus on business capabilities, business processes, use case development, and maturity assessments, the Business Architect will play a key role in developing and optimizing enterprise architecture. Experience with IT landscape and risk assessment, as well as TOGAF certification, is highly valued. Familiarity with tools like LeanIX will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, analyze, and map business capabilities in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Design and enhance business processes, ensuring they are optimized for performance and scalability.
  • Develop and document use cases to support business requirements and drive system implementations.
  • Conduct business maturity assessments and recommend strategic roadmaps for capability improvements.
  • Perform IT landscape and risk assessments to identify potential risks and areas for improvement within the organization.
  • Support enterprise architecture efforts by aligning business needs with IT strategies and technology solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather inputs, validate outcomes, and communicate progress with stakeholders.
  • Leverage business and IT frameworks such as TOGAF for structured planning and implementation.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience as a Business Architect or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in business capability modeling, business strategy, and process design.
  • Strong expertise in use case development and maturity assessments.
  • Hands-on experience with IT landscape and risk assessments.
  • TOGAF certification is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with LeanIX or other enterprise architecture tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable architecture solutions.
