Nous recrutons un poste de Responsable Administratif et Financier pour notre concession Volkswagen Bordeaux.

Vos Missions

  • Superviser et animer l'équipe comptable de Bordeaux (organisation fonctionnelle, définition et suivi d'objectifs, formation...)
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration des process financiers (mise en place d'outils de mesure, optimisation et évolution des procédures en place, mise en place de nouveaux process...)
  • Assurer le reporting financier mensuel et annuel de la société vers le Directeur et le Siège dans le respect des normes (comptables, fiscales, sociales et process spécifiques Groupe) et des délais. L'analyser.
  • Elaborer le budget en collaboration avec les différents services
  • Contrôler et analyser les écarts budgétaires, faire des recommandations et en suivre l'application Être garante du respect des objectifs Groupe en termes de Working Capital
  • Répondre à toutes missions transverses confiées par le Groupe (telles qu'animation de projet de benchmarking, ...)
  • Assurer un support technique dans le domaine comptable auprès des différents sites Assurer la remontée des liasses annuelles
  • Préparer et animer les présentations mensuelles des résultats

Votre Profil
Formation & expérience

  • Bac+5 en finance, comptabilité, gestion ou équivalent (DCG/DSCG, Master CCA, école de commerce avec spécialisation finance).
  • Expérience confirmée (5 à 10 ans) en gestion financière, contrôle de gestion, comptabilité générale et analytique, idéalement dans la distribution automobile, la grande distribution ou un environnement multisite.

Compétences techniques

  • Excellente maîtrise de la comptabilité générale et analytique, de la gestion de trésorerie et du suivi budgétaire.
  • Maîtrise des outils de reporting et d'ERP (Sage, SAP ou équivalent).
  • Solide compréhension des obligations fiscales et sociales.
  • Capacité à mettre en place des tableaux de bord et à piloter la performance économique.

  • Rigueur, fiabilité et sens aigu de l'organisation.
  • Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, capacité à anticiper et à proposer des solutions.
  • Leadership naturel, capacité à encadrer une équipe administrative/comptable.
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles : rôle d'interlocuteur clé entre la direction, les opérationnels et les partenaires externes (banques, commissaires aux comptes, administration).
