Business Analysts

with strong analytical and technical skills in SQL, Python, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and classic Machine Learning (ML) algorithms. The ideal candidates will excel at interpreting data, identifying trends, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders. As this is a client-facing role, excellent communication skills are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed technical requirements.Data Analysis:

Utilize SQL to query and analyze large datasets; employ Python for advanced data manipulation and analysis.Cloud Analytics:

Leverage GCP services like BigQuery and Looker to access and efficiently analyze cloud-based data.Reporting and Visualization:

Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to present insights effectively.Model Development:

Build and deploy machine learning models using Python and classic ML algorithms, including regression, classification, clustering, and time-series forecasting.Stakeholder Communication:

Deliver clear and actionable insights through presentations and reports tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with data engineers, developers, and business teams to ensure seamless project execution.Process Improvement:

Identify gaps in current workflows and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Required Skills and QualificationsFor Senior Positions (8-12 years of experience):Technical Expertise:Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing complex datasets.Advanced skills in Python for scripting, data manipulation, and machine learning applications.Extensive experience with GCP services like BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Looker.Proficiency in classic ML algorithms and frameworks.Analytical Skills:Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data.Communication Skills:Exceptional communication and presentation skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.Proven experience in client-facing roles.Leadership Skills:Ability to mentor junior team members and lead projects independently.Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.For Junior Positions (5-8 years of experience):Technical Skills:Proficient in SQL for data querying and analysis.Solid experience with Python for scripting and data manipulation.Familiarity with GCP services like BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Looker.Understanding of classic ML algorithms and frameworks.Analytical Skills:Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.Communication Skills:Good communication and presentation skills suitable for client interactions.Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.Common Requirements:Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying solutions.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.High level of professionalism and strong work ethic.Additional Skills:Experience with reporting and visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.Understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data analytics.Working ConditionsLocation:
