You can learn more about us at .TrainerThe Process Excellence Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs focused on Root Cause Analysis, Process Refreshers, New Hire training, Shadow Buddy, and other continuous improvement methodologies. The role aims to build a highly effective standardized culture of operational excellence across teams and functions. The selected candidate will be managing the SPOC’s coordination for dedicated brands for operations-related training and lead the training initiatives to ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and brand guidelines.Job Title: Process Excellence TrainerRole SummaryDrive operational excellence by designing and delivering training programs focused on accounting processes, onboarding, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, RCA). Own the 90-day onboarding journey and collaborate across departments to ensure training effectiveness and business alignment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the SPOCS to deliver training: new hire, process refreshers, Root Cause Analysis for errors and work with the SPOCS to conduct process refreshers and project-based sessions.Manage onboarding experience and attrition during nesting periodCoordinate with SPOCs and create training calendarsTrack training effectiveness via LMS (Kredo) and share reports with leadershipCollaborate with HR, Ops, and TA for capability building and process auditsLead buddy programs and mentor teams on process excellenceRequirementsBachelor's in accounting or equivalent experience3+ years in training and operations liaison rolesStrong financial acumen and clear communication skillsSkilled in LMS platforms and content creationConsultative, service-driven leadership styleEfficiently manage training bookings and HR admin tasksDeliver timely training reports to Operations teamPreferredInternational business exposureExperience with digital learning platformsWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer with no discrimination as to gender, religion, caste creed, disability, or national origin.
