Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records by handling accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger tasks. Your strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate effectively will be essential for success in this role.


Responsibilities:

  • Financial Recordkeeping: Oversee the entire accounting cycle, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently. Maintain vendor and customer relationships.
  • Month-End Close: Coordinate and complete month-end closing procedures, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed to support decision-making.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting principles and regulations.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
