As a Lead FullStack Engineer, you will guide technical direction, mentor engineers, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions. You'll work across the stack and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence.

Tasks:

  • Lead the design and development of fullstack applications using

  • Architect scalable systems and ensure adherence to

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
  • Drive adoption of

  • Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews
  • Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability

Professional Requirements and Expertise:

  • 6+ years of experience in
    fullstack development
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Java
    ,

    ,
    Angular or React
  • Experience with
    CI/CD
    ,
    microservices
    , and
    cloud platforms
