Job Description (Financial Planning & Analysis)Providing financial insights and projections to the accounting team. provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planningPrepare accurate monthly financial reports, Dashboard, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be madePredict the impact of potential decisions on cash flow and profitability including: new deal, license renewals, product investmentCompute a detailed P&L impact analysis along with cash flow on large new dealTrack the realization rate for each customerProvide accurate & timely financial analysis and advice to business leaderBuild and maintain detailed financial models and forecastCollaborate with departments/Business Units to prepare and consolidate budgetsIdentify variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvementIdentify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutionsPartner directly with the finance team to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviewsAssess and monitor the line of business investments and review the return on capital employedCreate agile, integrated financial plans that account for multiple scenarioWork on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organizationCreate presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made

SkillsChartered Accountant/MBA degree and more than seven years of experience in finance or accountingGeneral knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principleExperience developing financial reports and metricsInterpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levelAbility to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environmentStrong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skilSuperior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big pictureDemonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communicationDemonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization
