Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Inside Sales Specialist with a strong track record in corporate training business development and expertise in B2B sales. This role involves driving B2B sales efforts through proactive lead generation, solution-oriented selling, and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities- Proactive Lead Generation: Actively seek out potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Market Penetration: Identify and target key accounts and industries.
- Solution Selling: Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Effective Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to C-level executives.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Proven Sales Track Record: Minimum of 2+ years in sales and business development, with a proven track record in corporate training business development and B2B sales
- Hunter Mentality: A self-starter with a relentless drive to exceed targets and a passion for new business development.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, such as SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Resilience and Persistence: The ability to bounce back from setbacks and maintain a positive attitude, even in the face of challenges.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: A creative problem-solver who can identify and overcome obstacles.
- Data-Driven Approach: A data-oriented mindset to track and analyze sales performance.
