Position Title : Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition
Location : Noida, India
Experience Required : 10+ years in Talent Acquisition
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage the talent acquisition strategy for our India operations. He will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier talent to meet the organization’s growth needs. This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of recruitment practices, and the ability to partner with senior management to align talent acquisition strategies with the company’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and implement the overall talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent across India.
Align recruitment practices with organizational goals, ensuring the hiring process meets the company's standards and culture.
Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective execution of sourcing and hiring plans.
2. Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new hires.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Guide team members in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles.
3. Employer Branding:
Partner with Marketing and HR teams to build and promote the company's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
Develop innovative strategies for employer branding through social media, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
Represent the company at recruitment events, conferences, and job fairs to promote career opportunities.
4. Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand workforce planning, recruitment needs, and timelines.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights into talent trends, workforce planning, and recruitment metrics.
Ensure stakeholder satisfaction by delivering quality talent in a timely and cost-effective manner.
5. Diversity & Inclusion:
Drive initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.
Create hiring strategies that focus on diverse candidate pipelines and eliminate biases in the selection process.
6. Data-Driven Recruitment:
Use data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, measure performance, and optimize hiring processes.
Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment activities, hiring outcomes, and talent trends to the leadership team.
Use talent market insights to continuously improve recruitment practices.
7. Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external recruitment partners.
Negotiate terms and ensure effective collaboration with third-party recruitment providers.
8. Compliance & Process Optimization:
Ensure recruitment processes adhere to legal requirements and company policies.
Continuously improve recruitment processes and systems to increase efficiency and candidate experience.
Keep abreast of changes in labor laws, recruitment technologies, and best practices.
9. Talent Pool Development:
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for critical roles.
Implement proactive sourcing strategies to identify future talent needs and build relationships with potential candidates.
10. Team Development & Leadership:
Lead, coach, and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Provide training and development opportunities for the team to ensure the latest talent acquisition trends and tools are being utilized.
Key Qualifications:
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree in HR or an MBA is preferred.
- Experience : 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with some experience in a leadership role. Experience working in a multinational or fast-paced organization is highly preferred.
- Industry Expertise : Prior experience in IT, Technology, Consulting, or other fast-paced industries is preferred.
Skills :
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and talent acquisition best practices.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of employer branding, recruitment marketing, and the latest trends in talent acquisition.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates, stakeholders, and team members.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
