Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead – Full Stack Developer to lead our engineering team in designing, developing, and scaling cutting-edge applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across front-end and back-end technologies, along with proven leadership and mentoring experience. Key Responsibilities ● Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable full stack applications. ● Drive technical strategy, code quality, and best practices across the engineering team. ● Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. ● Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring skill development and knowledge sharing. ● Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization for high-traffic applications. ● Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure high availability and reliability of systems. ● Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial. Required Skills & Experience ● 8–12 years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership/mentoring role . ● Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (React.Js, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript). ● Hands-on expertise in back-end development using Node.Js / Java / .NET (any core backend stack) . ● Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar). ● Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). ● Experience with microservices architecture , REST APIs, and GraphQL. ● Strong problem-solving, system design, and analytical skills. ● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies . Good to Have ● Experience in fintech or high-scale consumer-facing platforms. ● Exposure to data engineering or ML-based applications. ● Knowledge of security best practices in application development.
