About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Recruiter with 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building strong stakeholder relationships, and can strategically source and close top talent across diverse functions. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment strategies, managing multiple requisitions, and delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, through to offer negotiation and onboarding.Proactively source passive talent using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other innovative methods.Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future needs.Ensure data accuracy in ATS and provide regular reporting/updates to stakeholders.Drive diversity hiring initiatives and implement best practices in inclusive recruitment.Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and salary benchmarking.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).7+ years of recruiting experience , preferably in a mix of corporate and/or agency environments.Proven track record managing high-volume requisitions and filling niche roles (technical or non-technical).Strong experience with ATS (Workday, Greenhouse, Brass Ring, i CIMS, or similar).Excellent sourcing skills and comfort using Linked In Recruiter and Boolean search.Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines.Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements in recruiting.About Brickred Systems:Brickred Systems is a global leader in next-generation technology, consulting, and business process service companies.
