Role Description

The Placement Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential employers, identifying placement opportunities, facilitating job matches, and preparing trainees for employment. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, tracking placement metrics, and ensuring successful job placements for program participants.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 Years of experience as placment coordinator/manager in the skill development sector.
  • Experience in JSDM Project is a Plus
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with employers and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
