Our Real Money Gaming Team is looking for talented and passionate  User Acquisition Manager  to join us in creating best in-class real money and casual games platform for end user

This is an early opportunity and you will be working with the founding team to build our first product and business in this domain from the ground up

Position: - User Acquisition Manager

●       As our User Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for driving traffic to the gaming/trading mobile application and website while keeping profitability of the operation. You should be strategic and detail-oriented and have deep knowledge of digital marketing tools. You should be comfortable working with all stakeholders in a fast-paced, data, user experience, and technology-driven environment. Core to our culture, you will be working in high-impact teams where everyone owns a significant part of the game and contributes both technically and creatively.

Role and Responsibilities :

●      Lead acquisition marketing campaigns across multiple UA channels

●      Identify target users based on their profile and plan campaigns

●      Optimize marketing assets – videos, images, texts and test each to identify the most effective ones

●      Analyze data and optimize campaign performance towards Return on Investment (ROI)

●      Drive A/B & multivariate testing and present results to related teams

●      Track and report on key metrics on a regular basis

●      Foster new and current relationships with advertising partners

●      Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement innovative solutions for user acquisition

●      Communicate clearly to management, the plans, status, challenges to meeting objectives

●      Be proactive; stay on top of industry trends and best practices

 

Must have :


●      Education: Graduate and MBA is a plus

●      5+ years of relevant experience in user acquisition

●      Experience in Real money gaming is preferred

●      Deep understanding of the mobile user acquisition ecosystem

●      Hands-on experience in Facebook/Adwords/Ad Network acquisition

●      Familiarity with KPIs such as CPA, CPC, CPM, ARPDAU and LTV

●      Understanding of SEO/SCO

●      Experience working on projects focusing on end-to-end user experience.

●      Passion to self-motivate, the guile to sell your ideas to other stakeholders, and the drive to execute those ideas cross-functionally

●      Love for games and for creating fun, compelling, and addictive user experiences

●      Experience in game design concepts and principles

●      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

●      Flexibility to multitask and shift focus as needed

●      Ability to form working relationships within the teams
