Job Description:We're looking for a meticulous

Land Surveyor

to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed land surveys and mapping out construction projects to guide engineers, architects, and builders in accurate project execution. The Land Surveyor will work on a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with legal boundaries, safety standards, and engineering requirements.Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed survey plans based on project requirements, and determine the best equipment and techniques to use.

Use theodolites, electronic distance-measuring equipment, GPS, and drones to measure accurately and record land features, elevations, and boundaries.

Analyze collected data and prepare comprehensive reports, drawings, and maps that clearly show boundaries and other important data.

Research land records, survey maps, and legal documents to verify property boundaries.

Provide accurate site layouts for construction projects, ensuring structures are placed correctly according to the design.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to deliver accurate survey data for decision-making.

Ensure surveys and maps comply with all legal requirements and industry standards.

Maintain detailed records of survey data, including notes, sketches, maps, and reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in land surveying.

Professional certifications in surveying are advantageous.

In-depth understanding of surveying techniques and equipment, including GPS, theodolites, and software.

Strong data analysis skills to interpret and organize complex survey data.

Precise and accurate in measurement, data recording, and report writing.

Capable of resolving technical challenges in challenging terrains or weather.

Effective verbal and written communication skills for presenting data to clients and stakeholders.

Ability to work in challenging field environments and adjust to dynamic project requirements.
