Kinaxis Functional Consultant

- 5+ years of experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse (at least 1-2 Full Implementation Cycles or extensive experience managing support/enhancements).- Knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse scripting, forms, dashboards, scorecards, and automation chains, including macros, embedded algorithms, and task flow.- Deep functional experience in supply chain processes, including S&OP, Demand-Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and Production Planning.- Strong technical understanding of the Kinaxis solution, including authoring, system configuration, and designing resources such as workbooks, alerts, metrics, dashboards, scorecards, forms, and scripts.- Experience working with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into effective design solutions.- Managing and mentoring junior developers, conducting quality reviews of developed functionality, and ensuring adherence to best practices.- Certifications: Kinaxis Author Level 2/3, Solution Consultant 1.Required Skills & Experience:- Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse configuration and implementation.- Strong understanding of supply chain planning and execution processes.- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and their integration with Kinaxis.- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and analytics is a plus.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
