Job DescriptionSkills2 years of SAP CPI, In that 2 year of SAP PI/PO experience must (Hana Cloud Integration/Cloud Platform Integration).Strong Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting IT infrastructure.Ability to analyze customer needs, document requirements, and design technical solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication from both business and technical perspectives in English languageExcellent skills on technical documentationShould be able to lead a large team from offshoreGood time management and organizational skillsSAP Technical & Cloud Specialist CertificationResponsibilitiesAssess and define SAP HANA, S/4 HANA, and Cloud migration approach for customersDefine and lead SAP Upgrades & Migrations, especially to HANA and S/4HANA on public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)Provide BCP solutions to ensure High uptime of System to BusinessProvide Detail architecture, system sizing, and infrastructure requirements definition for future state SAP landscapesExperience of Managing Complex Bid Solution, including RFP Response, SCOPE Definition, Efforts Estimation, Timeline definitionFacilitating solution discussions and best practice definitions, and leading technical delivery work streams for customer engagements.Strong Knowledge on Data Management ( DVM) Approaches to Manage data Footprint, Secure SAP Approaches, SAP Solution manager ALM ToolsetAble to independently manage multiple priorities and demandsWork closely with customer Solution Architects, Cloud Architects, Account Executives, and R&D to Deliver the desired resultRecommend upgrade approach and options aligned to customer business needsEvaluate version and module compatibility to inform upgrade approachKnowledgeable on multiple DB technologies especially in the context of migrations from RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, ASE) to HANAExpert in SAP upgrade/migration, especially HANA and S/4HANA using SUM/DMOExperience with system migrations from on-prem to public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)Strong working knowledge of Instance Types, Storage, OS, Network, Disaster Recovery, and High Availability approaches in the context of running SAP on hyperscaler cloudLocation: Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad, India
