ROLE

The position holder will be first point of contact for all customer queries and be responsible to take care of all enquiries about leasing, purchase or sale, requests for maintenance, scheduling of visits, pre-purchase and post-purchase assistance.

  • Maintains relevant data in standard formats. Follows process set up for data capturing

KEY DELIVERABLES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Obtain customers information and verifying their information with the documents submitted by them.
  • Update information in the database on regular basis.
  • Determine eligibility of applications by comparing client information to legal requirements.
  • Handle all queries related to leasing, purchase or sale, requests for maintenance, scheduling of visits, pre-purchase and post-purchase assistance.
  • Confirming prices from sales team and communicating information to customers. Inform them about the procedures, answering queries, etc.
  • Custodian of communication equipment and reporting any issues to IT & Admin for repair and maintenance.
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new project features, pricing details etc.
