We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the site execution for one of Jodhpur’s most ambitious 5-star heritage-themed hotel developments. The role requires a proactive leader with proven expertise in ultra-luxury and heritage-style projects, ensuring projects are delivered with the highest standards of quality, safety, aesthetics, and within approved budgets and timelines.Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil EngineeringExperience: 12–15 years in project management, preferably in real estate or hospitality.Languages – Proficiency in English and HindiKey Responsibilities- Drive timely, safe, and quality execution of projects within approved budgets and schedules.- Lead and coordinate site activities among consultants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.- Enforce strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and heritage aesthetics.- Implement value engineering across project stages to optimize costs.- Ensure compliance with IS codes and local regulations.- Report progress and key metrics through high-quality presentations and reports.- Perform any other duties as assigned by management in line with organizational needs.Specific Requirements (Project Manager Role)- Proven track record with real estate developers or PMC firms in similar project deliveries.- Strong exposure to ultra-luxury / heritage-themed developments.- Expertise in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.- Efficient in reporting and presentation skills.
