We are looking for Senior Executive – Customer Service
You’ll make a difference by
Planning, acquisition and execution of AMC contract of ElectronicInterlockingsystems. Perform & supervise Preventive and breakdown maintenance andprovide technical support to site team and customer for ElectronicInterlockingsystems. Perform troubleshooting in rightly manner to maintain maximumavailability of Electronic Interlocking systems. (In line with defined KPIs). To monitor and take actions on AMCs, open calls, escalated cases,service business targets. (Timely renewal of AMC contracts). Lead all aspects of the team in the maintenance, servicing to meetcustomer requirements within the working timeframe. Demonstrate an awareness of continuous improvement, teamdevelopment and best practice. Maintain relationship with the customer for smooth execution ofAMC contracts. Regular site visits. Good Customer relationship management. Co-ordination with all the stakeholders in the organization.Desired Skills:
You should have a minimum 8 years experience in Signalling domainin Indian Railway along with graduate in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. Planning and execution of AMC contracts of Electronic Interlockingsystems / similar In Railway domain. Ability to work and lead a team of service engineers. Fluent in English & Hindi languages Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent Customer relationship management. Fluent writing and reading skills of language(s) used for officialcommunication. IT Skills: MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Join usand be yourself
