Job Title: Senior Data Scientist NLP TeamLead

JobDescription :

We are looking for aseasoned Senior Data Scientist with expertise in natural languageprocessing (NLP) to lead our NLP team. As the NLP Team Lead youwill be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of datascientists working on challenging NLP projects. You will providetechnical leadership drive innovation and ensure the successfuldelivery of highquality NLPsolutions.

Requirements :

5years of experience in data science or a related field with astrong focus on NLP.
Proven track record of leading andmanaging teams of data scientists with the ability to inspire andmentor team members.
Extensive experience in developingand deploying NLP models including language models sentimentanalysis entity recognition and speechtotexttechnologies.
Deep expertise in Python and NLP librariessuch as NLTK spaCy Transformers and proficiency in deep learningframeworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Masters or PhDdegree in Computer Science Information Technology MathematicsStatistics or a related field.
Strong understanding ofmachine learning algorithms and techniques with handson experiencein building and deploying complex models.
Experience inleading endtoend NLP projects from problem definition to solutiondelivery and deployment.
Excellent problemsolving skillsand the ability to think strategically to solve complex technicalchallenges.
Strong communication and interpersonal skillswith the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctionalteams and stakeholders.
Research publications in thefield of NLP or related areas are aplus.
Responsibilities:

Lead and managea team of data scientists working on NLP projects providingguidance mentorship and technical leadership.
Driveinnovation and research in NLP exploring new techniques algorithmsand technologies to enhance our capabilities.
Collaborateclosely with crossfunctional teams to understand businessrequirements and translate them into technicalsolutions.
Design and architect scalable and efficientNLP solutions considering factors such as performance scalabilityand maintainability.
Ensure the successful delivery ofhighquality NLP solutions meeting project deadlines andobjectives.
Stay updated with the latest advancements inNLP and related fields and promote knowledge sharing and bestpractices within the team.
Act as a subject matter expertin NLP providing insights and guidance to stakeholders and seniormanagement.
